The Concert featured Evesham Concert Band under its musical director Roger Wyatt, Cleeve Harmony Ladies Chorus, directed by Donna Whitehouse and the U3A Play Reading Group led by Jill Moran.

Co-Founder member of The Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust, Sue Sollis said, “It was a marvelous night’s entertainment and I wish to thank everyone who was involved in planning such an enjoyable evening. I am delighted that so much has been raised”.

The Trust provides complementary therapy for local leukaemia patients and also supports research into the disease by purchasing vital equipment needed to advance research procedures.

The Trust has recently received the outstanding news that a piece of equipment purchased, called a ‘Fragment Analyser’, has been able to identify patient and donor samples at a level of detail never done before. This will have the potential to revolutionise the way stem cell recipients and donors are matched throughout the world.
